S Pens are not interchangeable. Each one is made for a specific model, shaped to fit that phone's silo, and on newer devices it also charges inside the slot and pairs with the phone over Bluetooth. Common questions
Can I use an S Pen from a different Samsung model?
It is not a good idea. Pens are shaped for a specific phone's silo, and on newer models the pen also charges in the slot and pairs over Bluetooth, so the wrong pen means poor fit and missing features. Buy the pen made for your exact model, which is what this page lists.
My pen still writes but the remote features stopped working. Do I need a new one?
Possibly. On models with a Bluetooth pen, the writing side and the Bluetooth side are separate, so a pen can keep writing after its Bluetooth functions fail. A new original pen for your model brings the full feature set back. If you are unsure, contact us and describe what it is doing.
Do I need to bring my phone in?
Not for the replacement itself, since a pen needs no fitting. Bringing the phone along is still useful, because you can pair the new pen and test it before you leave.
