The S21 uses a flat 6.2 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, and flat glass takes an impact better than curved, but no screen wins against tar or tiles. Once cracked, pressure and moisture work into the panel and the damage grows.
We replace it with an original Samsung screen calibrated for this model, fitted by trained technicians at our Umhlanga centre. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
My screen is black but the phone still rings. Is it fixable?
Usually, yes. When the phone rings, vibrates and makes sounds, the motherboard is alive and the display has failed. A new original screen normally brings everything back, including access to your data, which is untouched on the phone. We confirm the diagnosis before going ahead.
Will the new screen look and feel original?
It is original, so yes. The panel is a Samsung service part built for the SM-G991B, with the same brightness, colour calibration and 120Hz refresh rate as the factory screen. The ultrasonic fingerprint reader works through it as before. There is no visible difference, because there is no actual difference.
Should I put a screen protector on afterwards?
It is not required, but it is sensible. The new screen has the same glass as the original, and a protector plus a decent case is still the cheapest insurance against the next drop. Cracks usually start at the edges, so a case with a raised lip earns its keep.
