A cracked S23 screen rarely stays the way it is. Pressure in a pocket or a bit of moisture gets under the glass and the damage spreads into the AMOLED panel itself. Once lines or dark patches appear, the panel is on its way out.

We fit the original Samsung 6.1 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, calibrated for the SM-S911B. The fingerprint reader sits in the display, so an original part keeps it working properly. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions

Is the replacement screen an original Samsung part?

Yes. We are an authorised Samsung service centre, so every S23 screen we fit is the original Samsung service part, calibrated for this exact model. That matters here because the ultrasonic fingerprint reader is built into the panel itself. Aftermarket copies often break it, and their colours rarely match.

My screen is cracked but still working. Can I leave it for now?

You can, but cracks tend to spread. Pressure in a pocket or bag pushes on the glass, and moisture can creep through the crack into the panel. If lines or dark blotches start appearing, the AMOLED underneath is failing. Replacing it while only the glass is broken avoids that.

Will I lose my data when the screen is replaced?

No. A screen replacement does not touch your storage, so photos, chats and apps stay exactly as they are. We still recommend a backup before any repair as standard practice, and you should know your lock code so we can test the new screen properly before handing the phone back.
