You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information
- Protecting your username and password
- Preventing unauthorised access to your account
- Informing us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
We may suspend or close an account where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Products and Repair Services
We sell products and provide repair, installation, assessment and technical-support services, including services relating to Samsung devices.
Some website listings represent a repair service that includes a replacement part and installation. Where a product description states that the price includes installation, the listed amount applies to the repair service described, subject to:
- Confirmation of the device’s exact model
- Inspection of the device
- Availability of the required part
- Confirmation that no additional faults are present
- Any conditions stated in the product description or quotation
A website listing does not guarantee that a device is suitable for the selected repair.
If the device model, damage or required repair differs from the service ordered, we will contact you before performing additional chargeable work.
6. Product Information
We take reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, device models, images, compatibility information and prices are accurate.
However:
- Product images may be illustrative
- Screen colours may differ from the physical product
- Packaging may change
- Manufacturers may update specifications
- A product may not be compatible with every version or regional variation of a device
- A preliminary repair description may change after physical inspection
You are responsible for selecting the correct device model where the model is clearly identified on the website.
Where there is uncertainty, you should contact us before placing an order.
7. Prices
Prices are displayed in South African rand.
The amount payable is the price shown during checkout or stated in an accepted quotation, together with any clearly disclosed delivery, collection or additional service charges.
We may correct an obvious pricing, typographical or system error.
Where an incorrect price is displayed, we will notify you before accepting or processing the order. You may then proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a refund of any amount already paid.
We will not add repair work or charges that you have not approved, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent damage or danger and is permitted by law.
8. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant product or service.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we:
- Confirm acceptance in writing
- Begin providing the service with your approval
- Notify you that the product or repaired device is ready
- Dispatch the relevant goods
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- A product or part is unavailable
- The selected service is not suitable for the device
- The price or product information contained an obvious error
- Payment was not authorised or received
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity
- We cannot reasonably provide the service
- The order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our reasonable control
Where we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or service.
9. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available by us.
You confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
- The payment and billing information supplied is accurate
- Sufficient funds or credit are available
- The transaction is lawful
An order may remain pending until payment has cleared.
Payment providers and financial institutions may apply their own security checks, processing times and terms.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by a payment provider or financial institution, but we will provide reasonable assistance with payment confirmation where possible.
10. Device Assessments and Quotations
A repair price displayed online may be based on the fault or component selected by the customer.
A physical inspection may reveal:
- Additional damage
- Previous unauthorised repairs
- Missing components
- Liquid or corrosion damage
- Internal board damage
- Frame or housing damage
- Software or security restrictions
- Damage affecting more than one component
- A different device model or regional variant
- A fault unrelated to the repair selected online
Where additional work is required, we will provide or communicate a revised quotation before performing that work.
You may accept or reject the quotation.
We will not charge for diagnostic or inspection work required to prepare a quotation unless:
- The fee was disclosed to you beforehand
- You agreed to the fee
- The fee is otherwise permitted by law
If you reject a quotation, you may be required to collect the device or pay an agreed return-delivery cost.
11. Repair Authorisation
By approving a repair, you authorise us to:
- Open and inspect the device
- Perform reasonable diagnostic tests
- Remove and replace relevant components
- Use appropriate tools, software and testing procedures
- Install approved replacement parts
- Perform software updates or resets where reasonably required and authorised
- Test the device after the repair
- Share relevant device and warranty information with Samsung or an authorised service channel where required for the service
We will not intentionally perform additional chargeable repairs without your approval.
An accepted quotation may be recorded through a signature, electronic acceptance, email, WhatsApp message, telephone confirmation, online payment or another verifiable form of approval.
12. Device Access and Security
Certain repairs may require the device to be unlocked for testing.
Where access is reasonably required, you may be asked to:
- Supply a temporary device passcode
- Remove a screen lock
- Activate maintenance mode
- Disable device-tracking or activation-lock features
- Log out of an account
- Provide proof of ownership
You should not provide passwords for services that are unrelated to the repair.
We may refuse to work on a device where:
- Ownership cannot reasonably be verified
- The device is reported as lost or stolen
- Security features prevent the required repair or testing
- There is evidence of unlawful modification
- Continuing the repair may be unsafe or unlawful
13. Backups and Data
You are responsible for backing up your device before submitting it for assessment or repair.
Where reasonably possible, you should:
- Back up photographs, contacts, documents and other important information
- Remove SIM cards and removable memory cards
- Log out of confidential accounts
- Activate maintenance mode
- Remove information that is not required for testing
- Record your device settings and login information
Repair procedures may involve software updates, factory resets, component replacement or other processes that can result in the loss of information.
We will take reasonable care when handling your device and information. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss that was unavoidable during an authorised repair and was not caused by our negligence, gross negligence or unlawful conduct.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Existing Damage and Unrelated Faults
Before beginning a repair, we may record the physical condition of the device using notes, photographs or video.
A repair applies only to the components and work described in the accepted quotation or job card.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage that existed before the device was submitted
- Faults unrelated to the authorised repair
- Defects caused by previous repairs or modifications
- Hidden damage that could not reasonably be detected before opening the device
- Damage caused by counterfeit, incompatible or previously installed components
- Normal deterioration of unrelated components
Where opening the device may reasonably expose or worsen existing damage, we will explain the material risk where it is practical to do so before continuing.
15. Repair Times
Any repair time shown on the website or communicated to you is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed completion time in writing.
A same-day repair service is subject to:
- Availability of parts
- The device arriving within the required time
- Workshop capacity
- Successful inspection
- The absence of additional faults
- The device being accessible for testing
- No unforeseen technical complications
We will take reasonable steps to complete services within the expected period and will notify you of material delays where reasonably possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, electricity interruptions, network outages, courier delays or shortages of specialised parts.
16. Parts
Unless otherwise stated, replacement parts will be appropriate for the quoted repair.
Where a repair is represented as using an original Samsung part, the part will be sourced through the applicable authorised or approved supply channel, subject to availability.
Parts removed during a repair may be:
- Returned to you where requested and legally permissible
- Retained where required by a manufacturer or warranty process
- Disposed of or recycled responsibly
- Retained where an exchange-part programme applies
You should request the return of a replaced component before the repair begins. Certain components cannot be returned where manufacturer, warranty, safety or exchange requirements apply.
17. Manufacturer and Warranty Repairs
A manufacturer or warranty repair may be subject to:
- Proof-of-purchase requirements
- Warranty-period requirements
- Manufacturer inspection
- Manufacturer repair procedures
- Excluded-damage conditions
- Availability of authorised parts
- Software and diagnostic requirements
- The terms of the applicable manufacturer warranty
We cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a warranty claim.
Where a warranty claim is rejected, we may offer a paid repair quotation.
Samsung or another manufacturer may process device and customer information as part of an authorised warranty, parts or technical-support process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase contract is between you and Onnuri Tech. A manufacturer is not automatically a party to that contract.
18. Repair Warranty
Repairs and replacement parts are covered by the warranties required under the Consumer Protection Act and any longer written warranty expressly provided by us or the manufacturer.
The statutory warranty on repair work or installed parts is not intended to cover a later fault caused by:
- New impact or physical damage
- Liquid or moisture exposure occurring after the repair
- Misuse, abuse or neglect
- Unauthorised modification or repair after our work
- Malware or third-party software
- Electrical damage or power surges
- Use contrary to manufacturer instructions
- Damage to a component unrelated to the original repair
- Loss, theft or cosmetic wear
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
A customer requesting a warranty assessment must return the device so that the alleged fault can be inspected.
If the repair or installed part is found to be defective and the claim is valid, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section restricts your statutory rights.
19. Defective Goods
Goods supplied to consumers are subject to the implied warranties and remedies provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
Where applicable, a consumer may return defective, unsafe or poor-quality goods within the statutory period and select the remedy permitted by law.
A defect caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, ordinary wear and tear, external damage or a failure to follow instructions may not constitute a product defect for which we are responsible.
Before providing a remedy, we may reasonably inspect or test the product to confirm:
- The nature of the fault
- The product’s identity
- The purchase details
- Whether the fault is covered by law or an applicable warranty
- Whether the product has been misused, altered or damaged after delivery
This inspection does not remove any right available to you under applicable law.
20. Change-of-Mind Returns
A change-of-mind return is different from the return of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Where we agree to accept a non-defective product return, the product may need to be:
- Unused
- Complete
- In a resalable condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned with all accessories and included items
We may decline a change-of-mind return where the product has been installed, used, damaged, altered, specially ordered or cannot reasonably be resold, unless a statutory cooling-off or return right applies.
This section does not limit rights relating to defective goods, incorrectly supplied goods, direct marketing or qualifying electronic transactions.
21. Electronic-Transaction Cooling-Off Rights
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, a consumer may have the right to cancel certain online transactions within the applicable cooling-off period.
These rights are subject to the conditions, costs and exclusions contained in the Act.
The cooling-off right may not apply to every transaction, particularly where:
- A service began with the customer’s consent before the cooling-off period ended
- Goods were made or obtained to the customer’s specifications
- Goods cannot reasonably be returned
- Goods were installed, altered or incorporated into a repair
- Another statutory exclusion applies
Where a valid statutory cancellation applies, we will process the cancellation and refund in accordance with the applicable law.
22. Direct-Marketing Transactions
Where a transaction resulted from direct marketing, you may have a statutory cooling-off right under the Consumer Protection Act.
Any cancellation must be exercised within the applicable period and in the manner permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a valid direct-marketing cancellation right.
23. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before a product is dispatched or a repair begins.
A reasonable cancellation charge may apply where permitted by law, particularly where:
- A special-order part has already been ordered
- Work has already begun with your approval
- A service has already been partly performed
- Costs have already been reasonably incurred
- A collection or delivery has already taken place
No cancellation charge will be imposed where it is prohibited by law.
Where an order is cancelled before costs are incurred, we will refund the relevant amount paid.
24. Delivery and Collection
Where delivery or collection is offered:
- You must provide an accurate address and contact information
- Someone authorised must be available to receive or hand over the item
- Additional charges may apply to a failed collection or delivery
- Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed
- You must inspect the package for visible damage where reasonably possible
You must notify us promptly if:
- The incorrect product was delivered
- Items are missing
- The package arrived visibly damaged
- A delivered item does not match the order
Risk will transfer in accordance with applicable South African law.
Ownership of goods may remain with us until full payment has been received.
25. Collection of Repaired Devices
You must collect your device within a reasonable time after being notified that it is ready.
We may request:
- Proof of identity
- The repair receipt or job number
- Proof of payment
- Written authority where another person collects on your behalf
We may charge a reasonable storage fee only where the fee and applicable conditions have been communicated to you and the charge is permitted by law.
If a device remains uncollected for an extended period, we may issue further notices and exercise any rights available to us under applicable law.
We will not treat an uncollected device as abandoned or dispose of it without following the process required by law.
26. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or reasonably required.
Processing times may depend on:
- The payment method used
- The customer’s bank
- The payment provider
- Completion of a required inspection
- Verification of the transaction
We will process refunds within the period required by applicable law.
Delivery, collection or return costs will be handled according to the reason for the return and the customer’s statutory rights.

Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are available for a limited period
- Promotions are subject to availability
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
- Promotions may not be combined

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss, including backing up device information before a repair.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our website, services, systems or legal obligations change.
