The Note10+ was Samsung's biggest and best in 2019, and a well-kept one is still a lovely phone. The 6.8 inch Dynamic AMOLED, the S Pen and the glass body are all repairable with original Samsung parts, which is exactly what we fit.

Common questions

How do I tell a Note10+ from a Note10?

By size and model number. The Note10+ is SM-N975F at 6.8 inches, with a 1440 x 3040 panel, a 4300mAh battery, 45W charging and a microSD slot; the Note10 is SM-N970F at 6.3 inches, 3500mAh, with no card slot at all. Every repair costs more on the +, the screen most of all at R6 800 against R5 742.

R6 800 for a screen. Is that worth it on a 2019 phone?

On a phone that turned seven in August, for most people no. R6 800 is more than the battery, charging port, S Pen and back cover put together, and after seven years the 4300mAh cell and the port will be worn as well, so the screen is seldom the only job. If the display is intact and the problem is the battery at R1 330, the port at R1 299 or the S Pen at R1 000, those are much easier decisions.

My Note10+ battery dies in a few hours. Anything to check before booking?

Open Settings, Display, Screen resolution. This is the only phone on these pages with a 1440 x 3040 panel, and running it at WQHD+ pulls noticeably harder on the 4300mAh battery than the FHD+ setting the phone ships on. If it is already on FHD+ and still cannot see out the day, the cell is worn after seven years and a replacement is R1 330.
