The Note10+ wears Gorilla Glass on both sides, and the back cracks just as readily as the front when it lands wrong. Rear glass is bonded to the frame with adhesive, and beneath it sit the wireless charging coil and the battery.
We lift the broken glass safely, then bond an original Samsung back on. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
Can shattered back glass damage anything inside?
It can. Fragments work loose and moisture finds the cracks, and both end up near the battery and the wireless charging coil. We also occasionally find drop damage to the camera glass during the repair. Replacing the back closes the phone up before anything worsens.
Do you replace the camera glass too if it is cracked?
The rear cover and the camera glass are separate issues on the Note10+, and we will inspect both when the phone is in. If the camera glass needs attention we tell you before doing anything, and no extra work happens without your approval.
Will the phone still wireless charge and reverse charge after the repair?
Yes. The coil sits inside the phone, not on the glass, and once the original back is bonded down both wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare work as before. We test charging on a pad before you collect the phone.
