Common questions
Will any Samsung S Pen work in my S25 Ultra?
No, and this catches people out. S Pens are model specific in size, tip and electronics, and a pen from a Note or an older Ultra may not seat or work correctly. The pen we supply is the original Samsung S Pen made specifically for the S25 Ultra.
Do I need to pair the new S Pen with my phone?
No. The S25 Ultra's S Pen works without Bluetooth pairing, so there is no setup at all. Slide the new pen into the slot and start writing. If the phone does not respond to the pen, the fault may be in the phone rather than the stylus, and we can test that.
My pen works but the tip is worn. Replace the whole pen?
Tips do wear, and a flattened or bent tip drags on the glass and skips mid-stroke. This listing is for the complete original S Pen, which is the clean fix when the tip is damaged. Bring yours in and we will check whether the pen or the phone is at fault first.
