Does a battery replacement affect my data?
The repair itself does not touch your storage, so apps, photos and settings stay put. We still recommend backing up first, as we do before any hardware repair. Your data is yours, and a current backup is good practice whether or not the phone is being opened.
The phone shuts down in the cold even at 40 percent. Battery?
