Common questions
Can I use my old Note or Tab S Pen in the S24 Ultra instead?
Not properly. Pens from Notes and tablets differ in size, latch shape and electronics. Some will not physically fit the slot, and those that do will not charge or pair correctly for the Bluetooth features. The pen made for the S24 Ultra is the one that fits, charges and works fully.
Is the replacement pen identical to the one that came with the phone?
Yes. It is the original Samsung S Pen for this model, the same pen that ships in the box, in a colour to match your phone where Samsung makes one. Writing pressure levels, hover, Air Actions and the low-latency feel are all exactly as the original.
Do I need to bring the phone in, or just get the pen?
Bring the phone if you can. The pen pairs automatically once inserted, but having the phone here lets us confirm the pen seats, charges and pairs before you leave, and rule out damage inside the slot if the old pen broke off in it. Collecting a pen on its own is fine too.
