Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Repairs

The front is flat, the frame is Grade 5 titanium instead of aluminium, and the glass is Gorilla Armor. The S23 Ultra's display curves slightly at the long edges, which is the quickest way to tell the two apart without opening the settings. The codes are SM-S928B and SM-S918B, and a part for one is no use on the other: the screen is R7 628 here against R5 819, and even the S Pen differs at R1 200 against R1 100.

It is the largest and most involved display assembly of any S24. The unit is 6.8 inch QHD+, it carries the anti-reflective Gorilla Armor front that no other S24 has, and the S Pen digitiser is built into the same assembly, which is what lets the pen track accurately across the glass. Samsung supplies it as one complete assembly, so the glass cannot be changed on its own. On a phone with security patches running to 2031 it is still a repair that makes sense, but it is the biggest single price in the S24 range.

Bring the S Pen in with the phone. The pen needs testing against the new panel before you collect, since the digitiser sits inside the screen assembly rather than in the body. Mention it too if the phone landed hard on a corner, because the titanium frame can take a bend that stops a new panel seating flat, and we check the frame before the R7 628 panel is ordered.
