Glass phones crack, and with the S9+ the back goes almost as often as the front. Because the cover is bonded to the frame with adhesive, a shattered back cannot simply be clipped off and swapped at home.
In the workshop we soften the adhesive, remove the broken glass cleanly and bond on an original Samsung cover in your colour. The part and the fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
Does a cracked back affect wireless charging?
It can. The wireless charging coil sits directly under the back glass, and badly shattered or lifting glass can interfere with how the phone sits on a pad. We check wireless charging as part of the repair once the new cover is on.
Can I bring just the phone, or do I need the box and accessories?
Just the phone is fine. Remove your case and screen protector if you can, and make sure you know your lock code, because we test the phone before and after the repair. Your SIM and memory card can stay in or come out, whichever you prefer.
Why does the price include fitting?
Because fitting is most of the job. The old glass has to come off without damaging the wireless charging coil and camera underneath, and the new cover must be bonded properly so it seals. Every price on our site covers the original Samsung part and the professional fitting together.
