Common questions
My phone restarts under load. Could that be the battery?
Very often, yes. A worn cell cannot deliver enough current when the camera, GPS or games push the phone, so the voltage sags and the phone resets itself. A new original battery usually stops the restarts. We test for other causes before fitting one.
Should I wait until the battery dies completely?
No. A failing cell only gets worse, and in some cases it swells and pushes against the screen or back glass, which turns a battery job into a bigger repair. Replacing it once the symptoms are obvious is the cheaper route in the long run.
Is the S9+ battery the same as the S9 battery?
No. The S9+ uses a larger 3500mAh cell and the S9 a 3000mAh one, and the parts are not interchangeable. We fit the original Samsung battery made for the SM-G965F specifically. Fitting is included in the price shown, and the phone is tested before it goes back to you.
