Common questions
How is the S22+ back attached?
With adhesive, as on all glass-backed Samsungs. The cover is bonded to the frame around its full edge, which holds it firm and seals the interior. Replacing it means controlled removal of the broken glass, cleaning the frame, then bonding the new original cover the same way.
Do you replace back covers on phones you did not sell?
Yes. It does not matter where the phone was bought, locally or brought in from overseas, as long as it is an S22+ we can match with the correct original cover. Bring it in, or send us the model number from Settings, About phone, to confirm.
What if the wireless charging coil was damaged in the same drop?
We test wireless charging before and after the repair. If the coil itself was damaged, we will tell you before doing any additional work, so you decide with the facts in front of you. Most back cover jobs find the coil intact, since the glass absorbs the impact.
