Cracked back glass is the most common cosmetic damage we see on the S20. The rear cover is bonded to the aluminium frame with adhesive, so once it breaks, the crack pattern keeps growing and the seal around the phone weakens.
An original Samsung cover, bonded on with fresh adhesive by our technicians, sorts it out properly. Cover and fitting are both in the price shown.

Common questions
The crack is only at the corner. Should I bother replacing the whole cover?
Corner cracks travel. The cover is a single sheet of glass under tension, so a small crack becomes a web after the next knock or hot car dashboard. Replacing the cover is a single part and one visit, and it also restores the adhesive seal around the phone.
The glass over my cameras is cracked too. Can that be sorted at the same time?
Yes, tell us when you book. Depending on where the damage sits, it may be part of the rear cover or a separate camera glass, and we will confirm what your S20 needs when we see it. Either way we only fit original Samsung parts.
Will my phone still be water resistant afterwards?
The new cover goes on with fresh adhesive, which is the same method Samsung uses to seal the phone originally. Even so, we advise treating any repaired or aged phone as splash proof at best. Water resistance on every phone degrades over time, repair or no repair.
