Common questions
A previous shop fitted a copy cover and it never sat right. Can you sort it?
Yes. Copy covers often have slightly wrong dimensions or weak clips, which is why they bow or lift. We remove it and fit the original Samsung cover made for the SM-A145F, which seats flush the way the phone was built to close.
Why does my A14 cover bow outward in the middle?
Either the cover or its clips are damaged, or something underneath is pushing, most seriously a swelling battery. We check the cause before fitting the new cover. If the battery is swollen you will know before we go further.
Does the back cover replacement include the camera surround?
The cover comes as Samsung supplies it for the SM-A145F. Whether the camera surround is part of that assembly varies by model, so tell us what is damaged and we will confirm exactly what the replacement includes for your phone.
