Common questions
My A14 drains 20 percent overnight. Is that normal?
On a healthy A14, no. Some overnight drain is normal for apps and signal, but 20 percent on standby suggests a worn cell that cannot hold voltage. A battery test will confirm it, and an original replacement resolves it.
Why is the screen lifting away from the frame on my A14?
That is very often a swelling battery pushing from underneath, and it needs urgent attention. Stop charging the phone and bring it in. We remove the swollen cell safely and fit an original Samsung battery.
Are cheap replacement batteries really that much worse?
