Flip6 rear panels are bonded to the frame with adhesive, which is why a cracked one cannot just be peeled off and stuck back down at home. Getting the broken glass off cleanly without stressing the cameras or the frame is the real work.

Common questions
Only the very corner is chipped. Should I bother?
A small chip is a starting point, not an endpoint. Glass cracks grow from exactly that kind of flaw, and a chipped corner also breaks the adhesive seal at the edge. You do not have to rush in immediately, but plan on replacing it rather than ignoring it.
Will the replacement cover be the same colour as my phone?
Yes, original Samsung covers come in the Flip6 factory colours. Tell us your colour when you get in touch and we will check stock for that specific part. If it needs ordering, we will let you know before you make the trip through to Umhlanga.
Does the phone stay sealed against dust afterwards?
The new cover goes on with fresh adhesive, which restores the physical seal at the back. As with any phone that has been damaged and opened, we suggest treating the factory water resistance rating with caution afterwards, but the repair leaves the phone properly closed up.
