Common questions
My Flip6 drains fast after a software update. Battery or software?
Updates can cause a few days of heavy drain while the phone reindexes and apps update, so give it a week first. If the drain settles, it was software. If it keeps getting worse, the cells may be wearing, and we can test them to be sure.
Does fast charging wear the battery quicker?
Heat is what really ages a cell, and fast charging generates more of it. Using the standard charger day to day and avoiding charging in hot cars or direct sun helps. But wear is inevitable with use, and when it arrives, replacing the cells restores the phone.
Are the batteries you fit original Samsung parts?
