Common questions
The rings around the cameras are damaged too. Is that part of this repair?
The rear cover includes the surrounding glass, but the camera lenses themselves are separate parts. If a lens ring is chipped or a lens is cracked, we point it out when we inspect the phone and quote that as its own item, so you decide before any extra work happens.
Does the back cover affect the S Pen or wireless charging?
The S Pen is unaffected, and wireless charging passes through the cover by design, since the coil sits inside the phone. We test wireless charging after fitting the new cover, because a cover that is cracked or badly seated is one of the few things that can interfere with it.
Can the original cover be glued back if I kept the pieces?
No. Once tempered glass shatters it has no structural strength left, and adhesive cannot restore the seal or the finish. The proper repair is a new original Samsung cover bonded with fresh adhesive, which is what the price shown covers, part and fitting together.
