Common questions
Will a new battery really make it feel like a new phone?
For battery life, yes, because you get the full 5000mAh capacity back instead of whatever the worn cell still delivers. Speed is a separate matter, though a healthy battery also stops the slowdowns and shutdowns that happen when a tired cell cannot hold voltage under load.
How many years does an Ultra battery usually last?
Most daily-charged phones show real wear between two and three years in, which is roughly 500 to 800 charge cycles. Heat is the other big factor, so car dashboards and gaming while charging shorten that. An S23 Ultra from launch is now squarely in replacement territory if it is struggling.
Is the S Pen affected by a battery replacement?
No. The S Pen and its slot are separate from the battery, and the repair does not go near them. We still test the S Pen along with charging and the screen before handing the phone back, as part of the standard checks every repair gets before collection.
