The S20 Ultra has a glass back, and the big camera housing means a drop often lands right on it. A cracked rear panel sheds small shards, lets dust in and only gets worse in a pocket.

Common questions
Can I keep using the phone with a cracked back?
You can, but the crack tends to spread and the glass sheds slivers over time. Dust and moisture can also get past the broken panel toward the wireless charging coil and cameras. A case hides the damage but does not stop it. Sooner is safer.
Will the new cover match my colour?
Yes. We fit original Samsung covers, so the colour and finish match what left the factory, including the camera surround. Tell us your colour when you book, for example Cosmic Grey or Cosmic Black, and we will confirm stock for your exact variant.
Does wireless charging still work after the cover is replaced?
Yes. The wireless charging coil sits inside the phone, not on the cover itself. We test wireless charging, the cameras and the flash before handover. Because the cover is an original part fitted with proper adhesive, everything lines up and closes the way it should.
