Charging ports fail from lint, wear and bent pins, and after years of daily plugging in the S20 Ultra's USB-C port is a common casualty. On this model the port sits on its own sub-board, which is what we replace.
That means an original Samsung sub-board, not a soldered patch job. Fitting is done by trained technicians and is included with the part in the price shown.

Common questions
Could it just be dirt in the port?
Sometimes. Pocket lint packs into the port and stops the cable seating fully. We check that first and clean it out if that is all it is. If the pins are worn or bent, cleaning will not help and the sub-board needs to be replaced.
What exactly gets replaced?
The USB-C port on the S20 Ultra sits on a small sub-board together with other components. We fit a complete original Samsung sub-board rather than soldering a loose port, which is a cleaner and more reliable repair. The price shown covers the board and the fitting.
My phone charges wirelessly but not by cable. Is that the port?
Almost certainly. Wireless charging uses a separate coil, so when cable charging fails but the pad still works, the fault points straight at the port or its board. Bring it in and we will confirm the diagnosis before doing the repair.
