Common questions
Is the A52s cover the same as the A52 one?
They look nearly identical but they are separate Samsung parts for separate model numbers. We fit the cover made for the SM-A528B. Matching the exact model is part of doing the repair properly, which is why we always confirm your model number before ordering anything.
Water got in through my cracked cover. Can you still help?
Bring it in as soon as you can and do not charge it in the meantime. We assess for moisture damage before fitting anything. If the inside is clean, a new sealed cover puts the protection back. If moisture has reached the board, we will tell you honestly what you are dealing with.
Will the new cover match the finish of my phone?
Yes. Original Samsung covers carry the same colour and finish as the factory cover, including the camera surround. Aftermarket covers often get the texture or shade slightly wrong, which you notice every time you pick the phone up. Tell us your colour and we will confirm the part.
