Common questions
The screen survived the drop but the back cracked. Is that common?
Very. Phones tend to land on a corner or the rear, and the back takes the hit that would have broken the screen. Count it as luck, then have the cover replaced so the inside stays protected when the next drop comes.
Do you reuse my old cover's adhesive?
No. Covers are bonded with adhesive that is spent once the cover comes off. The replacement is a new original Samsung cover fitted with fresh adhesive, which is what keeps it sealed and sitting flush instead of lifting at the edges later.
Will my A24 case still fit after the new cover?
Yes. The original Samsung cover has exactly the factory dimensions, camera surround included, so cases fit the way they always did. Case fitment problems usually come from poorly made copy covers, and those are not something we fit at an authorised centre.
