How do I know the screen you fit is original?
We are an authorised Samsung service centre, which means our parts come through Samsung's own supply chain rather than a general parts market. The panel fitted to your A24 is the same Super AMOLED assembly Samsung builds for this model, calibrated for it at the factory.
My A24 fell but the screen looks fine. Should I worry?
Watch it for a few days. Panel damage sometimes shows up later as lines, flicker or dead spots even when the glass survived the impact. If anything odd appears on the display after a drop, that is the panel asking to be checked.
Is an AMOLED screen more fragile than an LCD?
Not especially in a drop, but it fails differently. AMOLED faults show as coloured lines, black patches or burnt-in marks rather than backlight bleed. Whatever form the damage takes, the fix is the same: a new original Samsung assembly fitted properly for this model.
