There is a lot of screen on an S26+, and all of it is the phone. The 6.7 inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel is bonded glass and display in one assembly, so a proper repair replaces the assembly with the original Samsung part built for the SM-S947B.

Common questions
Why is a flagship screen worth replacing with the original part?
Because the screen is most of what you paid for. The S26+ panel is QHD+ AMOLED with the brightness and colour Samsung tuned for this model, and copies visibly fall short. The original service part restores the display the phone was designed around, with the fitting included in the price shown.
The bottom half of my screen stopped responding. Is that repairable?
Yes. Partial touch loss means the digitiser in that zone has failed, usually after impact or pressure, and it is part of the display assembly. Replacing the panel restores full touch. Until then, one-handed mode can pull the keyboard and buttons up into the working area.
Will my screen protector and case still fit afterwards?
Yes. The original Samsung panel is dimensionally identical to the one it replaces, so cases fit exactly as before. Your old screen protector will not survive removal from the cracked glass, so plan on fitting a new one to the new screen. It is a good moment to start fresh.
