We remove the broken cover, clean off the old adhesive, and bond on an original Samsung cover in your colour with fresh adhesive. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
Will wireless charging still work after the back cover is replaced?
Yes. The wireless charging coil sits inside the phone, not in the cover itself, and we test wireless charging as part of the job before you collect. Broken rear glass can also scratch a charging pad or sit unevenly on it, so replacing the cover helps there too.
Can I just put a skin or sticker over the cracked glass?
A skin hides the damage but does not fix it. Cracked glass keeps spreading under pressure, the edges stay sharp underneath, and the opening for dust and moisture stays open. It also hurts resale value badly. An original cover, properly bonded, puts the phone right again.
Do I need to back up before a back cover replacement?
Your data is not touched during this repair, so nothing is wiped. That said, we suggest a backup before handing in any phone, for the same reason you keep one anyway. Bring your unlock code too, so we can test the phone fully before you collect it.
