When an S23 FE stops charging reliably, the port is the usual suspect. The USB-C connector wears from daily plugging, pins bend, and lint from pockets packs in so deep that cables no longer click home.
The port sits on a separate sub-board inside the phone, which is what we replace. It is an original Samsung board for the SM-S711B, fitted by our technicians, with part and fitting included in the price shown.

Common questions
The phone says moisture detected but it has been nowhere near water. Why?
That warning comes from the moisture sensor in the USB port, and it also triggers on dirt, corrosion or damaged pins. If it stays on after the port has been cleaned and properly dried, the sub-board itself is usually at fault, and replacing it clears the warning.
Can I just use wireless charging instead of fixing the port?
You can charge that way for a while, but the port does more than charging. Data transfer, Smart Switch and some car connections all need it. A failing port can also have corroded pins that get worse over time. Replacing the sub-board sorts it out properly.
Is it the port, the cable or the charger?
We test all three angles before replacing anything. Cables and chargers fail more often than people expect, so bring yours along if you can. If the phone misbehaves with a known good cable and charger, the port sub-board is the fault, and we fit an original Samsung replacement.
