Common questions
Is the S10e back cover different from the S10's?
Yes, completely. The S10e is a smaller phone with its own rear cover shape and camera cutouts, so covers are not interchangeable between models. We order the original Samsung cover for the SM-G970F specifically, in the colour that matches your phone, including Canary Yellow if you have that one.
Can I just put a skin or sticker over the cracked glass?
A skin holds loose shards down, which helps in the short term. It does nothing about the broken seal though, so dust and moisture can still work into the phone, and cracks continue creeping with every knock. Treat it as a temporary measure, not the repair.
Will wireless charging still work with the new back cover?
Yes. The wireless charging coil sits inside the phone, not on the cover, and the original Samsung glass is designed to let the charge pass through as normal. If wireless charging stopped after your drop, tell us when you book so we can check the coil as well.
