The S10+ came in glass and, on the 512GB and 1TB models, ceramic. Both look great and both crack when they meet a tiled floor. Because the rear cover is bonded to the frame with adhesive, a cracked one also stops sealing the phone properly.
Our technicians lift the damaged cover, prepare the frame and fit an original Samsung replacement with new adhesive. The price shown covers the cover itself and the fitting.

Common questions
My S10+ is the ceramic version. Can you still replace the back?
Yes. The Ceramic Black and Ceramic White finishes on the 512GB and 1TB models use a different rear cover to the glass Prism colours, so we make sure the correct original part is ordered for your exact variant. Mention that it is the ceramic model when you book.
How long can I leave a cracked back before it becomes a problem?
There is no hard deadline, but the cracks only travel one way. Every knock spreads them further, glass slivers work loose, and dust and moisture creep in through the gaps. The repair is the same job now as later, so there is little reason to wait.
Does replacing the back cover erase anything on the phone?
No. The work happens on the outside of the device and the storage is never touched, so your apps, photos and WhatsApp chats remain as they were. A backup before any repair is still sensible practice, and Smart Switch makes it quick if you want to run one.
