The Note20's back cover is reinforced polycarbonate rather than glass, so it survives drops well, but it still scuffs, cracks at the corners and lifts once the adhesive lets go or a drop pops the bond.
We fit an original Samsung cover, bonded down properly so the phone closes up tight again. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.
Signs you need this repair

- Cover lifting and catching on the pocket

Common questions
Is the Note20 back plastic or glass?
Reinforced polycarbonate, one of the few flagship Samsungs of its era without a glass back. That makes it tougher against drops, but it still cracks at stress points and scratches show on the finish. We replace it with the original Samsung cover, bonded correctly.
My cover is lifting but not cracked. Can it just be re-glued?
If the cover is undamaged and flat, refitting with fresh adhesive is sometimes possible, and we will tell you honestly which route makes sense once we see it. If it has warped or cracked, a new original cover is the fix that lasts.
Does a lifted back cover let water in?
Yes, that is the main risk. The adhesive seal is part of what keeps moisture and dust away from the battery and board, and a lifted edge breaks that seal. Rain, a sweaty gym bag or a splash at the sink is enough. Worth closing up soon.
