A Note20 that charges reluctantly usually has a worn or dirty USB-C port. Lint packs into the socket a little more each time you plug in, and the pins inside wear and bend over years of use.

Common questions
Samsung DeX stopped working. Could that be the charging port?
Yes. DeX over cable needs the port's data lines, which wear just like the charging pins. If charging has also become fussy, the port is the likely common cause. Replacing the original sub-board typically restores DeX, data transfer and reliable charging together.
Do you clean the port before deciding to replace it?
Always. A surprising number of charging complaints are compacted lint, and a proper clean fixes those on the spot. We only recommend the sub-board replacement when the connector is genuinely worn, bent or corroded, and we will show you what we found first.
Will fast charging work again after the repair?
If the port was the problem, yes. A fresh original sub-board restores full contact on all pins, which is what fast charging needs. We test with a proper Samsung fast charger before you collect. If speeds stay slow, the battery may be worn, and we will say so.
