The Note10 has a glass back, bonded to the frame with adhesive, and it shatters much like the front does. The Aura Glow finish in particular shows every crack. A cracked rear also compromises wireless charging and lets moisture reach the battery.
We remove the broken glass safely, clean the frame and bond an original Samsung back in place. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
Is a cracked glass back urgent or just cosmetic?
More than cosmetic. Broken glass sheds sharp fragments, moisture gets through to the battery, and wireless charging can misbehave with a damaged rear. It will not fail all at once, but it leaves the phone exposed. We would book it in sooner rather than later.
Can you get the Aura Glow back for the Note10?
We fit original Samsung rear glass in the colours Samsung supplies, and Aura Glow is the most requested for this model. Stock on older colours varies, so confirm with us before coming in. If your colour is not available we will give you the options.
Will you check anything else while the back is off?
Yes. With the phone open we can see the battery, the wireless charging coil and the general condition inside. If we spot something like a swelling cell, we tell you before doing any extra work. Nothing is ever replaced without your go-ahead.
