Common questions
My Note10 shuts down at 30 percent. Why?
A worn battery cannot deliver stable voltage, so the phone's gauge loses track of the real charge and the phone cuts out early to protect itself. It is one of the clearest signs a cell is at end of life. A new original battery fixes the shutdowns and the gauge.
Is the Note10 battery hard to replace at home?
