Common questions
Cable charging is dead but wireless still works. What does that mean?
It points squarely at the charging port or its sub-board, since wireless charging bypasses the port completely. It also means the battery and main board are likely fine. Replacing the original sub-board normally brings cable charging and data transfer straight back.
Do you keep Note10 charging boards in stock?
We stock original Samsung parts for the models we repair regularly, and the Note10 is one of them. Availability can vary week to week, so contact our Umhlanga branch before you come through and we will confirm the part is on the shelf.
Can lint really stop a phone from charging?
Absolutely. Every time you plug in, the cable compresses pocket lint deeper into the socket until the plug no longer seats fully. We clean the port properly first and only replace the sub-board if the connector itself is worn or damaged. You pay for what the phone actually needs.
