Common questions
Will the phone still be water resistant after the back is replaced?
We fit new adhesive seals when the cover goes on, which is what the IP67 rating relies on. Samsung itself treats water resistance as protection against accidents rather than a licence to swim with the phone, and that advice stands for any phone after any repair.
My cover is cracked but taped down. Can I leave it like that?
You can, but tape does the seal's job badly. Dust and moisture still work in through the crack, and the damage usually spreads. Replacing the cover is a straightforward repair, and the original Samsung part restores the phone's proper fit and finish.
Do you replace A52 covers in all the colours?
Samsung made the A52 in several colours and original covers exist for each. Let us know which colour yours is and we will confirm availability before you bring the phone through. If your exact colour is not obtainable we will tell you upfront rather than fit the wrong one.
