Common questions
Why is my A52 suddenly dying at 20 or 30 percent?
A worn cell cannot hold voltage under load, so the phone shuts down early even though the meter shows charge left. It is one of the clearest signs of battery wear rather than a software problem, and a new original battery resolves it.
Is it safe to open an A52 at home to swap the battery myself?
The battery is glued in behind a sealed back cover, and prying a lithium cell out with the wrong tools can puncture it. Home repairs also break the IP67 seal. Our technicians remove the old cell safely and reseal the phone with new adhesive.
Does fast charging wear the battery out quicker?
All charging adds cycles, and heat matters more than speed. The A52 manages its charging rate to protect the cell, so normal use of the designed charging speed is fine. Wear over years is normal chemistry, and replacement is the fix once capacity has faded.
