The A35 5G was the first phone in this line with a real glass back, and glass backs shatter where plastic ones crack. Once broken, the rear sheds slivers and lets moisture straight in.
Rear glass on this model is bonded to the frame with adhesive, so replacement means controlled heat, careful lifting and a new original Samsung cover seated on fresh adhesive. That is the job we do, with part and fitting included in the price shown.

Common questions
The back is shattered but everything works. Do I need the repair?
The phone will run, but shattered glass sheds fragments into pockets and fingers, and the broken surface no longer seals against moisture and dust. It also tends to spread with every knock. Replacing the cover puts a solid, sealed original back on the phone.
Can I replace the back glass myself with a kit?
We would not recommend it on this model. The glass is bonded with strong adhesive and sits over the battery, so prying without controlled heat risks puncturing the cell. Our technicians remove it with proper equipment and fit the original Samsung cover, with fitting included in the price shown.
My case hid the damage for weeks. Has that caused harm?
Possibly not, but it is worth checking. A case holds loose glass in place but does not seal the phone, so dust and moisture may have been getting in the whole time. When the cover comes off we inspect inside and let you know if anything else needs attention.
