Common questions
My cover only has a small crack. Should I bother replacing it?
Small cracks grow, especially on a phone that lives in pockets and bags. The cover's job is to keep dust and moisture off the battery and boards, and a cracked cover is no longer doing that in full. Replacing it early spares you what gets in later.
Will the replacement cover be the same colour as mine?
Original covers come in the colours Samsung made for the A32 5G. Let us know your colour when you get in touch and we will confirm availability for the SM-A326B before you come in. The cover we fit is an original Samsung part either way.
Does replacing the back cover involve opening the whole phone?
The cover comes off and a new one is bonded on, so the phone is opened but the internals are not stripped down. Your data is untouched. We clean off the old adhesive, check for any damage underneath and seat the new cover on fresh adhesive.
