Will a battery for the 4G A32 fit my 5G model?
No. The A32 5G is the SM-A326B and it takes its own battery part, different from the 4G SM-A325F. Fitting the wrong part is where cheap repairs go wrong. Bring the phone or the model number and we will match the original Samsung battery to it.
My phone restarts when the battery drops low. Is that the battery?
Usually, yes. A worn cell cannot hold voltage under load, so the phone browns out and reboots even with percentage left. It typically starts around the 20 to 30 percent mark and creeps higher over time. A new original battery normally stops it completely.
Can I wait until the battery is completely dead before replacing it?
