Common questions
My A30 cover will not close flat anymore. Can a new one fix that?
Usually, but we first check why. Broken clips or a warped old cover are simple, and a new original cover solves them. If a swollen battery is pushing from underneath, that must be dealt with first or the new cover will lift exactly the same way.
The colour has faded. Can I choose a different colour cover?
The covers we fit are original Samsung parts in the phone's official colours. If you would like a different official colour from your original, ask when you enquire and we will confirm what is available for the A30. Either way the fit and finish are factory standard.
What happens to the fingerprint sensor during the cover replacement?
The sensor is its own component connected inside the phone, sitting in an opening in the rear cover. It stays with the phone during the job, and the original replacement cover has that opening in exactly the right place, so it keeps working as before.
