The A26 5G brought a glass back and an IP67 water resistance rating to this line, along with the largest screen in the series. It is a current phone, often still on contract, so repairs need to be done right, with original parts that keep it to spec.

Common questions
Mine reads SM-A266B and this page says SM-A266. Same phone?
Yes. The letter on the end is a regional suffix; the phone, the 6.7 inch 120Hz Super AMOLED and every part we fit to it are the same. There is also no 4G A26 to confuse it with, since the model has been 5G only since it launched in March 2025.
Is the A26 worth repairing rather than replacing?
Yes, and the update support is the reason. Samsung committed to six generations of Android updates on the A26, so a phone bought in 2025 will still be getting them long after the older models on this site have stopped. A screen at R2 465, a battery at R1 084 or a charging port at R681 goes into a phone with that much life still in front of it.
My A26 is still on contract. Can you work on it?
Yes. The contract is an agreement with your network about airtime and instalments, and it runs on regardless of who repairs the handset. A drop or a cracked screen is accidental damage, which no manufacturer warranty covers, so it is a paid repair either way; if you insured the handset separately, that is a claim with your insurer. Work here is done with original Samsung parts and carries a three month warranty on the part and the work.
