Why does my A12 rattle when I tap the back?
Usually the cover clips have broken, so the cover sits loose and drums against the inside. A new original cover with intact clips stops the rattle. If something inside has actually come loose, we will spot it during the fit.
Can I fit an A12 back cover myself?
The clips are easy to snap and a badly seated cover lets in dust and moisture. Since our price includes both the original Samsung cover and the fitting, there is little to save by doing it yourself and a fair amount to break.
