Common questions
I have tried four cables on my A12 and none charge properly. Now what?
If several known good cables all struggle, the port itself is worn. On the SM-A127F we replace the USB sub-board with an original Samsung part rather than soldering the old one, which gives a proper long-term fix.
Does a port replacement affect my headphone jack or microphone?
On many A series phones those sit on or near the same sub-board, so they are checked as part of the job. Everything is tested before the phone goes back to you. If anything else is faulty, we tell you before doing more.
Overnight charging only adds 40 percent. Port or battery?
It can be either, and sometimes both on a 2021 phone. A worn port makes poor contact and a worn battery charges inefficiently. We test both and quote you on what actually needs replacing, not on guesswork.
