SM-X516B or SM-X510: which one do I have?

Check Settings, About tablet, Model number. SM-X516B is the 5G Tab S9 FE and SM-X510 is the Wi-Fi version, and the 5G is the one with a SIM tray in the frame. The R3 851 quoted here is for the SM-X516B.

What is the difference between the FE and the FE+?

Screen size and battery. The FE is 10.9 inches with an 8000mAh battery under model code SM-X516B, and the FE+ is 12.4 inches with a 10090mAh battery under SM-X616B. Both run the Exynos 1380 and both come with the S Pen in the box, so the model number is the quickest way to be sure which one you own. A screen for the FE is R3 851 against R4 450 for the larger FE+ panel.

Is a R3 851 screen worth it on a 2023 tablet?

For most owners, yes. It is the lowest screen price in the S9 range and the FE still receives security patches to at least 2028, so the repair buys years rather than months. The FE is also rated IP68, and a cracked panel ends that seal, so keep it away from water until the screen is replaced.
