Common questions
Is the S25 FE just a cheaper S25+?
No, it is a separate phone with parts of its own. The FE is SM-S731B against SM-S936B for the S25+, and while both are 6.7 inch with a 4900mAh battery, the FE panel is FHD+ where the S25+ is QHD+. The FE screen and back cover are its own parts, so the model number is what we quote from.
Why is the FE screen R4 277 when the larger S25+ screen is R3 578?
The price follows the part, not what the phone cost new. The FE uses its own 6.7 inch panel assembly, and at R4 277 the screen costs more than the back cover and the charging port put together. If the phone has taken a knock, let us look at it first, because a shattered screen protector over intact glass looks the same from arm's length and sometimes only the back at R1 450 has actually gone.
There is no battery price here. Can the S25 FE battery still be done?
Ask us before you book, because the battery is not one of the three FE repairs we hold a standing price for. Those are the back cover at R1 450, the charging port at R1 265 and the screen at R4 277. A 4900mAh battery in a phone released in September 2025 has barely started its life, so if the FE is dying by mid afternoon the cause is more likely to be something else, and that is worth establishing before you spend anything.
