The S24+ got a genuine display upgrade over its predecessor, a 6.7 inch QHD+ panel that is one of the sharpest Samsung makes outside the Ultra. Which makes a crack, a line or a dead panel all the more annoying.

The repair restores the phone fully. We fit the original Samsung screen assembly built for the SM-S926B, so resolution, colour calibration and the in-display fingerprint reader are exactly as Samsung shipped them. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions

Will the replacement screen have the same QHD+ resolution?

Yes. The original Samsung assembly for the SM-S926B is the identical panel spec, full QHD+ resolution with the same brightness and 120Hz refresh. That is a key difference from aftermarket copies, which are often lower resolution panels squeezed into the same frame. We only fit the original.

The line on my screen disappears sometimes. Should I still replace it?

An intermittent line is a failing panel connection or a panel fault in its early stage, and it almost always becomes permanent. Heat and pressure speed that up. It is worth doing while the display still works, because a working screen makes backing up and testing much simpler for everyone.

What should I do before bringing the phone in?

Back up to your Samsung account or Smart Switch, note your unlock code so the screen can be tested after fitting, and bring the phone charged if it will still take charge. Remove the screen protector if it is loose. That is all the preparation a screen replacement needs.
