Common questions
What is the difference between an original screen and the cheap ones advertised online?
Aftermarket FE screens are usually lower grade panels with weaker brightness, washed-out colour and unreliable fingerprint performance. The original Samsung part is the same panel the phone was built with, calibrated for this model. Since our prices include the genuine part and fitting, compare like with like.
Can a cracked screen get worse if I keep using it?
Yes, and it usually does. Pressure from a pocket or a fingertip drives the crack deeper, and moisture creeping in can kill pixels and create spreading black patches. A screen that is only cracked today can be unreadable in a month. Repairing early protects the panel underneath.
Does the fingerprint reader come back with a new screen?
Yes. The reader sits under the display and works through the original panel we fit. After the repair the phone may ask you to register your fingerprints again, which takes a moment. We test the reader, touch and brightness before you collect the phone.
