Common questions
Will the replacement screen keep 120Hz and the pen latency?
Yes, because it is the original Samsung panel for the SM-N986B. Refresh rate, pen response, colour calibration and the ultrasonic fingerprint reader all depend on the correct OEM part. Aftermarket panels lose some or all of that, which is why we do not fit them.
The glass broke but the display underneath looks fine. Can you replace just the glass?
On this panel the glass, touch layer and display are laminated as one assembly, and separating them is not how Samsung services the phone. We replace the complete original assembly. It costs more than a glass-only patch but the result is factory quality that lasts.
How should I look after the curved screen once it is replaced?
A decent case with raised edges does most of the work, since the curves touch first in a drop. Avoid pockets shared with keys and coins. The original panel we fit is the same specification as factory, so treat it the way you would a new phone.
