Charging ports take more abuse than any other part of a phone. Years of plugging in, pocket lint and the odd yank on the cable wear the pins in an A51's USB-C socket until charging becomes a fiddle.
On this model the port sits on its own sub-board, so we replace the whole board with an original Samsung part rather than soldering a loose socket. Fitting is included in the price shown.

Common questions
Could it just be my cable or charger?
Often, yes, so test that first. Try a different cable and wall adapter that you know work on another phone. If charging is still unreliable with known good accessories, the fault is in the phone, and on the A51 that is usually the port sub-board.
Can you not just clean the port instead of replacing it?
Sometimes. Compacted pocket lint stops the plug from seating fully, and cleaning it out solves that. We check for lint before anything else. If the pins are worn or bent, though, cleaning will not fix it and the sub-board needs to be replaced.
I keep getting a moisture warning even though the phone is dry. Is that the port?
Usually, yes. The moisture sensor sits in the charging port, and a worn or contaminated port can trigger the warning permanently, which blocks cable charging. Replacing the sub-board replaces that sensor as well, which clears the warning in almost every case like this.
